Room is always clean, management is always clean and management is very respectful
They have remodeled the rooms and they look very nice compared to my last stay. The yucky carpet is Gone! Yay! New mini fridge, high speed internet, new paint and curtains! Has a hair dryer in room, but no coffee pot bummer! Bath tub is roomy so that's a plus. Shower is nice too. Equipped with ironing board but I didn't see an iron. New microwave. Beds appear to be very clean as well as the sheets and blankets. Overall it's a huge step up from what it used to be! For anyone who's not local, no pool or gym, has laundry facilities, no continental breakfast but can purchase drinks and such from the front desk. Close to gas stations, convenience stores, grocery store, Sonic, McDonald's, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Mexican restaurant, Subway, and a bank.

I'm giving an update of my experience with Budget Inn. Since my last experience, the rooms here are being updated and remodeled. They look great. The bug problem is under control now. Happy to say no more bugs here. If rooms need cleaning they asked to till them when. The owner is more than happy to adjust to your schedule. I left my lights on my vehicle and they knocked to let me know. If you get locked out of your room they will be there 24 hours a day to let you back in quickly. This I seen with my own eyes. Its normally clean, people normally keep to there self and staff trys there best to help you with what you need. Prices are cheap and normally reasonable. The last time I was there they had night rates, weekly rates and monthly rates. It's counts on how long you would like to stay. In the rooms they have a frigerator, TV, beds and a coffee pot just your basics and simple needs. I really enjoyed it. I only gave it 4 stars out of 5 because there is always room for improvements.

This is the only hotel in Dresden. The people that run it are nice and the rooms are clean. Price is fair.
We were looking at properties in the area and needed a decent place to stay... This place filled our needs. The room was comfortable and clean and the management was very polite and friendly. If you need a decent place to stay for the night, I do recommend this place.
